Peter Cho

Native to Los Angeles, Peter Cho is a versatile guitarist skilled in classical, jazz, and rock. In the fall of 2010, Peter finished his studies at USC Thornton School of Music in Studio Jazz Guitar where he studied with Bruce Forman and Carl Verheyen. During the Spring of 2011, Peter played a 10-week run of RENT at the Hudson Backstage Theatre in Hollywood, CA. He currently plays with his trio, Peter Cho Band, a jazz guitar duo with Jon Kleinhans, and in a variety of other settings from solo classical to playing banjo with Dixieland groups. Peter recently toured alongside his mentor, Bruce Forman as part of the Licks on Route 66 Festival. He is currently finishing an EP of original music with the Peter Cho Band.
